Mary J. Blige – Stronger With Each Tear [Album Review]

Mary J. Blige hits us with her New Album “Stronger with Each tear”. The last iHeard from Mary J. Was her last album “Growing Pains” which took me a while to like. I didn’t like Growing Pains at first, but iGave it a second listen and realised that Mary J. Blige is an Serious artist. Forgive me Mary J. Blige fans.

Mary J. hits us with her 9th Studio album! Wow she’s come a-long way. I was thinking… is it time for her to give it a break??

At first Mary J. Blige opened up her album with a track called “Tonight” which is a bit weak, which Bored me, which made me think – Maybe Mary J Blige should give it a rest. Which was wrong of me because I’ve heard her singles “The One (feat. Drake)” and “I Am” and iLike the both of those tracks. So iShould have had faith.

Cutting long story short. This album is good! iLike tracks like “Good Love (feat. T.I.) Now iMust say Mary J loves her some T.I. she’s been on alot of his tracks and his been on this one as well… Ummm hmmmm! and Songs like “Said and Done”. I really love how Trey Songz tears up “Hood Love” that is a GOOD Track! But a Track that really WOWED me was “Kitchen” Mary is preaching in this track!

Don’t Let another Girl Cook in your Kitchen!

Mary Is preaching! This album is a must! Mary has still got it and iRespect her for still having it. Because we all still Question Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey – If they still got it? But Mary seems like she hasn’t lost it! Standing Ovation for Mary! Brilliant Album!

X-Factor Winner Doesn’t make Christmas Number One

So the X-Factor Winner: Joe McElderry. Hasn’t made Christmas Number one! Every X-Factor winner has had a Christmas Number one. Joe is the first X-Factor winner not to have a Christmas Number one. It could affect Joe’s Career or it couldn’t. It’s a big deal because every other Winner has made Christmas Number one whether we think they ain’t going to make it that far or not. Joe not making it to Christmas Number is a HUGE deal right now.

People are saying that the reason he didn’t get Christmas Number One is because The Nation was fed up of the X-Factor winner being Christmas One. People wanted a change! So people rebelled against the X-Factor and Decided to have “Race Against The Machines” to have Christmas Number one instead. While Joe lags behind at Number 2.

Me personally… iHaven’t even heard this “Race Against The Machine” band, never mind their song. HOWEVER! It is kind of repetitive of an X-Factor winner being Christmas number one. It’s not Joe’s fault – we are not saying his not talented. We are saying We want a Change… Simon might have to make some Changes for 2010.

Chris Brown Graffiti Album Review

Chris Brown hits us back with his 4th Studio album Called “Graffiti”. Its been about a Year since Chris Brown has released a Studio album. His last album “Exclusive” was HOT! But the question is … Will “Graffiti” be as good as “Exclusive”? Ever since his incident with Rihanna… has he lost his touch? Or does Chris Brown still got it?

The First single to be Released from Chris Brown’s album was “I Can Transform Ya”. Good Single! The next single was “Crawl”. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN iLOVE CRAWL! I’m not going to lie… iDidn’t like Crawl before, iThought the lyrics was good but it didn’t really touch me until now. iFeel Chris Brown on this track and iLike his new sound not only his new sound but his vocal’s have improved a lot!

His album is GOOD! There is a track on the album called “Falling Down” iLike this track because iHave never heard Chris Brown sing songs like this before!

“Sometimes I don’t wanna wake up alone, but Sometimes iWanna wake up and be on my own”.

iLove the lyrical context Chris iReally do! Another track iThink iNeed warming to is “Famous Girl”. In “Famous Girl” iThink Chris is talking about Rihanna? Am I the only one? But I don’t know… iLike the lyrics… Just not feeling the Beat.

If u was wondering there is another “Take You Down” it’s called “Take My Time”. iDon’t think it compares to Take You Down… But its OKAY iGuess lol. One Think iDon’t like about Chris Brown’s new sound is the Dance/Techno Vibe his doing. He got it from Forever and iThink he should have left it with Forever… but this is just me personally… iDon’t think Techo and R&B should be mixed. But apart from that Chris Brown’s Album is Class! If u haven’t forgiven him for what his done… iThink You should

The Winner of X-Factor Official Video

Joe McElderry was the winner of this year’s X-Factor. iWanted Joe to win, so iAm pleased with the result. However iDon’t think Joe’s gonna do as well as Alexandra Burke and Leona Lewis, and if he does, his done himself proud and me proud. This song is really good especially since it’s from Miley Cyrus and iDon’t like NON of Miley Cyrus songs, but Joe sang this quite well! Not really a Christmas number 1 in my eyes… But lets see how it does.

Happy Birthday To Malachi

What a Year its been. iHave learnt so much about myself and life! I’m very satisfied of where God has placed me right now. Life ain’t easy, and it surly ain’t perfect. But we have those moments in life where things seem easy and perfect. Nothing last forever.

I got a key as a present for my birthday… iSee this key as a key to Adulthood, and iMust use this key to open a lot of doors. And iMust use this key wisely and open the right doors. iMight open some doors that don’t need to be opened however those doors can get locked again! Its time to move forward and Grab my dreams by the throat and run with them!

God has removed certain people from my life and has kept people in my life for a reason! And iAm thankful for that! Because iFly above all the drama Yes iFly Above all that drama Is Beneath me! Alexandra Burke – Broken Heels [Official Video]

Alexandra Burke has released her Second Single of her Debut album “Overcome” which is called “Broken Heels” This to me is one of the best songs of this album. I’m glad she’s released it as a single. I like the video concept and Alexandra looks GREAT! I didn’t know Alexandra had an Apple Bottom LOL! She looks really good iAm proud of her. X-Factor: Big Mouth – Time For U To Be Quiet

This week we had Janet Jackson and Lady GaGa as our special guests. We do not have the video’s because X-Factor haven’t uploaded them. Which is a bad idea because they was GOOD performances.

The group performance was REAL good! However iDisagree with them mixing Michael’s CLASSIC song into Rihanna’s “Don’t Stop the Music” Rihanna’s song is not a Classic yet! Don’t disrespect Michael! lol Here’s the performance of the Contestants singing Wanna Be Starting Something/Don’t Stop The music : It was really good:

Lady GaGa’s performance was based around a bath tub? Don’t ask me why… Don’t ask me how – But it was! iWish U could see it! But the performance was good. Without a doubt u cannot deny that Lady GaGa will always deliver where-ever she’s told to perform! Good on this lady right here. The highlight for me was @ the end of the Performance when Dermott was talking to her and she remained in the bath tub talking to him and her dancers was froze! It was funny moment but such a Classic!

Janet Jackson Returned to us performing a Medley. It featured “All For You” and her new song. iWas glad to see Janet, she looked good for her age and she really did perform, however iDo think she wasn’t hitting them moves as hard as she was hitting them at the VMA Awards, but it was a satisfying performance from the princess! iDo want her Greatest hits album! iSeriously do!

X-Factor: The Semi Final

The Competition is drawing to a Close and we are now within the Semi-Final and its Michael Jackson Week! iCan’t wait to see who sings what song!. Who ever goes home will be very emotional but it is what it is.  As the same from last week. The Contestants will be doing Two Songs.

Olly was the first to perform this week. As we usually expect from our Olly. He had an Up-Tempo song. But iFelt that his performance was missing something and he would be a risk this week to go home! But his first song was O-Kay iWas feeling it a bit lol

iDo think it was his second song that made me feel that he would be a risk of going home this week. His dance moves made him look like he was having a fit, but iDo agree with Louis! This song wouldn’t make him get into the final! This song was a BIG FAIL!

The wonderful Joe was up next he was GOOD! He sang “She’s Out Of My Life” there hasn’t been another male Singer like Joe. He connected with the song, he felt the emotion! And He was just great! Well done to Joe! His the winner in my eyes I’m telling you! iDo Agree with Louis as well! There is a big gap in the Music Industry that needs a Male singer like Joe!

NOW JOE’S SECOND SONG BLEW ME AWAY! His AMAZING! He sang Mariah Carey Open Arms. This is a Personal favorite of mine! And JOE SANG IT WELL! He gave me goosebumps! I Was like this boy needs to win! TEAM JOE ALL THE WAY! Joe to WIN!

Stacey was next to perform “The Way You Make Me Feel”. It was good to see Stacey moving. But you could tell that she was uncomfortable, but she looks good. If she learnt some rhythm she would be good to go! But you could tell she was very uncomfortable/Nervous especially when she was walking along the chairs. But it was an OKAY performance. Her vocals was a bit shaky but it was Okay! And iDo agree with Simon… It’s not her at all.

Stacey did come HARD on her next song! She Belted out a BIG NOTE! Nearly sent shivers down my spine! She is a good singer its such a shame that X-Factor is not looking for a female winner…

HE GOT THE LYRICS WRONG!

Now – It would have to be Danyl that had to sing my FAVOURITE MICHAEL JACKSON SONG!? He sang Man In The Mirror! And iWasn’t to happy he sang it to be honest! Not to mention he got the lyrics wrong! But apart from me being bitchy about his performance it was OKAY. Including with the choir, Next time he decides to sing my favourite Michael Jackson tell him to sing the lyrics right! iWas not happy about that… But the performance was OKAY!

His second performance he sang “I Have Nothing” which is one of my Favourite Whitney Houston songs. iWas expecting Danyl to open his mouth a little bit wider during this performance! But he never! such a shame! and iPersonally believe that this performance was WEAK! He could have done so much better with a Whitney Houston classic! What is wrong with him! He took “I Didn’t Know My Own Strength” and now “I Have Nothing” Danyl… come on big mouth… Sort it out!

X-Factor: The Weak Doesn’t defeat the Strong!

This week was the week that Rihanna and Alicia Keys were the special Guest. What a Show it was!

Firstly the group song was WAY too high for the Men in the competition! The verses was way to high! But Danyl seemed to be enjoying himself. iLoved the way how Stacey was just center of Attention. Especially her being the last female in the competition. They sang Scissor Sisters “I Don’t Feel Like Dancing” Here is the performance

Next to perform was the beautiful – Wonderful – Alicia Keys. I’m glad X-Factor have uploaded this video because they usually don’t upload them. I made a big mistake posting a Tweet on Twitter. iSaid “If Alicia Keys performs Empire State Of Mind iWill run out my house Naked” And she DID! That was a BIG MISTAKE! Obviously iDid not run out the house Naked as she did not perform the whole song… it was a Medley. Alicia Keys broke it down! iWas so Proud of her! She really shocked me. Her new album “The Element Of Freedom” is in stores December 14th. Go Get it.

HIS TO WEAK FOR THIS COMPETITION!

Rihanna performed her new song “Russian Roulette” as her new album “Rated R” was released the same week. To be honest iThought Rihanna’s performance was weak… iWas expecting her to do a Lady GaGa and stage her actually getting shot. But iThink because of the Wide age range that watch X-Factor iDon’t think that would have been wise… iStill wanted to see it though. By the way Rihanna’s album was classed as a Flop in the UK as it never hit the Top 5 or the Top 10 within the first week. OUCH!

X-Factor: Can iDo a Double

X-Factor this week was the first week that the contestants perform twice in the live shows. I wanna see how the contestants are going to handle to this, and what they produce… Lets see…

IT’S A DISGRACE! HIS STILL IN THE COMPETITION

Danyl Johnson was first to perform aka Drama King! His first performance was Relight my fire. I didn’t like this performance at all! Danyl looked really Gay. As Cheryl said he looked Camp! When iSaw this performance from Danyl first thing iThought was “he should be recruited into JLS” His dancing was the most cheesiest thing ever! iDidn’t like this performance at all!  However his second song was real good! He sang “Your Song – Elton John” And it was magical. The best performance Danyl has ever done in my eyes! The little choir was cute but at first iWasn’t to keen on the choir! But this performance was really good!

Next was Lloyd. The weakest singer in the competition. He cannot sing at all and it’s a DISGRACE! His still in the competition because of his looks! This song was terrible for him! Actually every song for him is terrible! His not a performer his not a Singing artist. He is just a model and that’s round about it! This is Lloyds first song called “A Million Love Songs”

His next song was OKAY! Lloyd is a ballroom singer! His a mellow singer… A guitar singer? Something like that… He cannot hit high notes at all! God knows how he manged to get THIS Far in the competition because when it hit the chorus he goes WAY off tune! U know what else is hilarious about Lloyd’s performance? His back dancers had BEER BELLY’S! Just look @ them! They ain’t fit at all! 

I DON’T THINK THAT X-FACTOR WANTS ANOTHER FEMALE WINNER!

Now Olly Murs sang “Love Ain’t Here Anymore” Now… i’ve been waiting for Olly to sing a mellow song… Now iWished iNever asked now… He can kinda do it… But it doesn’t suit him… and something about his vocals just don’t suit him… or maybe its the song… The performance was pulled off though… I don’t know… something about it just wasn’t right. Olly’s second performance was better, Olly is a dancer… but he does need a variety, because he can’t do an album of full dance music? Or can he? hmmmmm

Here is the winner of X-Factor aka Joe McElderly. iLiked Joe’s performance it was up-tempo. Joe also has Swagger (Yes iSaid he has Swagger) Do u see his jacket!? His vocals was on point! He was brilliant! Joe to win X-Factor!

His next song sent chills up peoples spin, It was still but very touching! I Like Joe’s voice! iDo think he is a winner of this competition! He is brilliant! He sang “Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word” and here it is:

Stacey was last  to perform, Stacey can belt out notes without a doubt! She could be a winner of X-Factor but iDon’t think we want another female winner. Actually iDon’t think that X-Factor wants another female winner. Stacey is a good singer however iDo wish she could dance or move… because she is becoming another Leona Lewis and i’m not looking for another Leona Lewis we got one we don’t need another. But Stacey has talent but it’s plainly obvious that X-Factor doesn’t want another Female winner. Here is Stacey performing a Classic version of “Rule The World”

The next performance from Stacey was her singing another Ballad. She is a good singer but… There is something there that doesn’t give her the winner position. She sang “The Way You Look Tonight”. iDo love the say she is so nervous when it comes to the Judges comments. Simon said she isn’t a singer like Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke. iDo Think she is another Leona Lewis though…
